HOW THE MAIL-IN SERVICE WORKS

Purchase this repair service through eBay.

Pack your DJI Spark battery securely and include your eBay username or order details inside the parcel.

Send the battery to the address supplied with your order. Please use a suitable delivery service that accepts lithium-ion batteries and follow the carrier’s packaging requirements.

Once received, we will inspect and diagnose the battery.

Where repair is possible, the battery-management system will be professionally recovered or repaired.

The battery will then be checked for charging operation, LED response and basic functionality before being securely returned to you.

PLEASE NOTE

This service is primarily for hibernation and not-charging faults. It does not replace worn, damaged or severely degraded internal cells.

Do not post a battery that is swollen, leaking, punctured, burnt, excessively hot or otherwise physically unsafe. Please contact us before ordering if the battery has suffered impact, liquid damage or visible physical damage.

Recovery cannot be guaranteed in every case because some batteries may have failed cells, corrosion or irreparable electronic damage. If the battery cannot be repaired, we will contact you with the outcome and available options.

Battery capacity and flight time depend on the age and condition of the original cells and cannot be restored by a hibernation repair alone.
